15 days ago – Thu, Oct 15, 2026 at 12:15:43 AM

Hey all!

We're so happy to announce that our campaign and all its stretch goals for the newest volume of Star Rail pins has been fully funded!! 🎉

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

Please note that any add-on pins to your pledge for 5 pins will be "Buy 4 Get 1 Free" pricing, but there is no way for it to be automatically applied. The discount will not be reflected at check-out, but we will credit these orders in a batch before cards are charged!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://hsr-pins-iv.backerkit.com.

Some notes for special Kickstarter Logins:

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://hsr-pins-iv.backerkit.com/faq.

After surveys are sent, if you did not receive the email, and you Signed in with Apple ID, your email address might be a private relay email address. We can help locate your survey and update your email address, please message us or post a comment with your Backer ID or Pledge # found on your confirmation. You can learn more about your email hiding for your Apple ID here.

Thank you again, and looking forward to seeing the characters everyone ends up selecting! 👀✨

Free Chimera pin with any 8+ pin pledge!
25 days ago – Mon, Oct 05, 2026 at 01:36:10 PM

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say a big thank you for helping us unlock all the stretch goals for this campaign!

For this stretch goal, all pin pledges that include any 8 pins (including other Chimeras) will get a free bonus Chimera pin. Just to clarify, we will do our best to make sure you don't get a repeat Chimera for your bonus pin. For example, if you pledge for 8 pins AND you pick 3 of the 4 Chimera, you will get the last one as the bonus.

Some pledgers have also asked how to select add-ons. Currently, all add-ons will be made after the campaign is over and are not directly selectable on the Kickstarter, but you can pre-emptively add the amount to your Kickstarter pledge as well. Any additional shipping costs will also be handed during the survey phase. If you guys have any questions, please let me know!
